Brusho with Gavin Mayhew over two weeks
Three painting using brusho. First one sprinkling the brusho onto wet paper to simulate flowers then a Lake District scene added to the top in watercolour.
Troutbeck Cumbria
Second painting on clear gesso with the brusho blended on the paper using two colours.
White cottages added with white gouache and the detail added in watercolour
Far Sawrey Cumbria
Final painting- again blending the brusho on the paper then when dry an Italian landscape added and the sky in black acrylic. The foreground was crumpled tissue paper with brown ink brushed on to enhance the edges of the tissue.

Gestural Drawing with Renira Barnes
Drawing in mixed media started looking at the object then drawing, then not looking at the paper and drawing then I quickly lost interest.
